We were awarded a contract through the Green Community Initiative to design and replace the aging HVAC infrastructure. This work included boiler plant upgrades, chiller pumps and repiping, water heating upgrades, and the complete overhaul of the police station heating and cooling system. The existing system was upgraded with a high efficacy VRF heat recovery system and a separate building ventilation system.

After completing extensive work on this client’s home, we were then commissioned to work on his office. Energy efficiency was a priority. We upgraded and replaced the heating plant with multiple high-efficiency Vitodens 200 gas boilers. We also upgraded and replaced circulation pumps with high-efficiency ECM motors as well as upgrading the all air commercial air handlers and rooftop units.
